Co-founding Orangebox in 2003 with Thomas, Steve has worked in customer and digital communications across New Zealand and international markets.
He believes effective communication is about relevance and timing, helping clients deliver the right information when it matters most through the channels that best meet customers’ needs. Steve works closely with clients to turn complex communication requirements into clear, effective outcomes.
Selena is passionate about leading her team to help customers achieve their marketing and communications objectives.
She loves a challenge, end-to-end project management, and overseeing complex campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition from the concept to delivery. Reliability and consistent results are always top of mind.

Richard leads automation at Orangebox, taking a hands-on role in designing and maintaining the systems that support complex, high-volume workflows.
With 35 years’ experience across data, process automation, and print production in both New Zealand and the UK, Richard works closely with clients to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and ensure work is delivered accurately and on time. He focuses on building reliable, scalable solutions that quietly do their job – and do it well.
Warren’s role is backed by his 20-plus years’ experience in both digital and traditional direct mail environments. His main focus is on building practical digital solutions that help clients solve real problems, mostly where pre-built software fails. Warren is driven by the connection between people, tools and tech, and a passion for exploring new technology.

Nick brings 30 years of experience across commercial mail, fundraising, data, government, and large-scale print, with a practical ability to seamlessly unite strategy, data, and creative.
Focused on data accuracy, clear messaging, and efficient production, he helps organisations deliver targeted campaigns that drive measurable results.

The revered “quiet one” in the office since 2018, Sophie has worked in a number of areas of the business and fully understands what’s involved in campaigning from start to finish.
From project management to problem solving, Sophie’s adaptability and process improvement mindset means she’s always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to deliver value for clients.
She’s the calm-under-pressure type – which belies her love for rock music.
Lauren has nearly 15 years’ experience in the direct mail industry, having started as a keen 18-year-old receptionist and working her way to her current role.
Her dedication and ability to stay dialled in on the details complement her in-depth understanding of how to deliver accurate, reliable direct mail campaigns. It’s no surprise Lauren has great relationships with her colleagues and clients alike.
Now with young children of her own, she skilfully balances work and family life, and is proud to be part of the extended Orangebox whānau.
With six years under her belt, Steph has seen both sides of our business with four years in production support and now as an account executive. That mix of experience gives her a practical edge when it comes to understanding what clients need and how to make things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Steph is all about problem-solving and getting results that work. She loves collaborating with clients to figure out the best approach, pulling from her production background to deliver solutions people can count on.
Another team member with more than a decade with us, Rona joined Orangebox in 2012 as a casual employee and her talents and can-do attitude saw her progress through a few roles and become a permanent member of the flock.
Rona’s hands-on experience of day-to-day production operations meant that since moving into her current role, she can successfully support clients by using her practical knowledge of production, fulfilment and logistics, turning client needs into workable, real-life solutions.
