How can you help reduce my postage costs?

We can help lower your postage costs by optimising your data and delivery network. This includes data hygiene (removing duplicates, deceased records, and invalid addresses) and splitting your mail lodgements between NZ Post and DX Mail by delivery zones to ensure you receive the best possible bulk mail rates.

Direct mail campaigns typically achieve response rates of around 2–5%, with highly targeted campaigns reaching 5–9% or more.

If we are supplying the envelopes every file sent to us undergoes a prepress check. If we notice anything amiss, we will flag this with you immediately. We can often make minor adjustments in-house or provide specific feedback to your design team to ensure your mail qualifies for the best possible postage rates.

We take data privacy seriously. Instead of email, we use SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).
